Visual Presentations A visual presentation is a presentation of (not yet existing) products through sketches, drawings, photorealistic images or animations. A sketch reflects a concept idea most of the time and is often used in the early stage of the design process. Such a sketch can show the looks of a product, the way a product works, or how the product is assembled. A photorealistic image gives the client a visual presentation of the product. This image is so realistic that it looks like as if the product is already produced and photographed. Such an image is made with sophisticated 3D CAD software. Material, textures, lights and scenes are added to a virtual 3D CAD model. This results in an impressive and photorealistic image. These images are excellent to use as a marketing instrument. So even when a physical product has not been produced yet. |
